加班文化
我實在很不願意稱之為"文化"
這是種病態
因為自己常加班每天加班
就覺得別人不應該準時下班
準時下班變成偷懶不認真工作的代表
喜歡把明天的事一併在今天做完
喜歡進度超前
那是你的選擇
不代表每個人都該跟你一樣
總是把自己弄得精疲力竭
是你的工作方式
不代表沒流汗的我們就不努力
工作第一是你的排序
而不是我的順序
我是來公司工作
而不是把自己賣給了公司
讓我想起派遣女王裡那群過了下班時間卻死命賴在公司製造忙碌假象的人
最後總是只有派遣女王一個人準時6點就準備要離開
全公司的人都用不可置信的眼神看她!
我只想告訴你:加班是最沒有效率的一件事!!!
